|
WHAT
DOES IT INVOLVE? |
 |
Inquiry
is the first stage and is offered all year long. There is no wrong time
for asking questions: about being baptized, about coming back to the
Church, about finding a spirituality that is right for you, about joining
a community of faith. There might be other questions: how to pray the
rosary, why do Catholics kneel, how do we know which prayers to say at
Mass, and some deeper questions: Where is God in my life? What will it
mean for me to belong? What do Catholics believe about sin? etc.
|
 |
Will I be obligated to become a Catholic?
There is
no obligation to make any kind of commitment nor is there pressure on
anyone to become a Catholic. We respect the conscience and decision of
every inquirer. |

COME TO THE WELL -
This program is
based in the Scriptures and focuses on the Sunday Readings. It is an
opportunity to renew our understanding of the beliefs of our faith and
provides for discussion and interaction, for questioning and sharing, on
how these particular scripture passages can deepen our awareness of God’s
presence and involvement in our ordinary, every day experiences. |
