ST. MARY CATHOLIC
SCHOOL NEWS
June 2007
Dear Parent,
The 2006/07 school year has come to a successful completion. Thank
you for your awesome support and cooperation!
A very warm "Thank
You" to Rick Vanasacker, Joel Whalen, Laura Castiglione and Bryan
Krulikowski, Parent Club Officers for their hours of dedicated work.
A very Special Thank You to Auction Chairpersons, Patti and Mark
Eason; Robyn and Chris Thompson; Sue and Rick Vanasacker; and Kaye and
Chuck Wilson and the entire auction committee. Through the hard
work of many individuals $50,000 will be added to the school budget to
reduce the parish subsidy and pay for many enrichment activities and
supplies.
Lynn Brennan, lunch
program director, Madeline Rousseau cook, Carol Scobel assistant,
planned and prepared many lunches. All of us, parents and students
alike, are grateful. To the countless parent volunteers who
assisted serving lunch and cleaning trays, thanks as well.
The "I Love to Read"
program coordinated by Mrs. Karen Alexander, was a huge success once
again. Qualifying students participated in the ice cream social
sponsored by the Parent Club. Other program incentives were
donated by our local Subway and Tiffany Pizzeria. Please support
our sponsors.
Thank you to one
and all for a successful year for St. Mary Catholic School, "the Good
News" in education!
